Navigating the Paycheck Protection Program with Pepper Hamilton [event recap]

On Thursday May 7th,  PCI Ventures’ partner, Pepper Hamilton, hosted a webinar about Navigating the Paycheck Protection Program.  The weeks leading up to this webinar were spent learning about the CARES Act and how to apply for the Paycheck Protection Program.  With support from PCI Ventures, 1776, and the Philadelphia startup community, a number of companies were approved for funds under the CARES Act. 

After receiving approval, it was important for each company to understand how best to utilize these funds. Pepper Hamilton partners Joseph F. Kadlec and Christopher A. Rossi covered details of the PPP and loan forgiveness issues. Joseph and Chris talked through the process, from preparing to repaying the Covered Loan and answered questions along the way.  They emphasized the importance of saving all documents related to the Covered Loan including the submitted application, internal documentation, and correspondences with the lender.
